The Household Support Fund application form is a form used to apply for funds from the UK Government to help manage the costs of heating and other energy needs in your home. It is only available in Northern Ireland.

What is the purpose of the Housegol Support Fund?

The purpose of the Household Support Fund application form is to give eligible households the opportunity to apply for financial assistance. The Household Support Fund aims to assist households that are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to a crisis situation in their life and have significant needs, as well as those living in private accommodation who are at risk of losing their home because they have experienced a crisis.

The Household Support Fund application is for applicants who are at risk of or have experienced domestic violence and are actively engaging with an accredited housing service to find safe and secure accommodation, or who may soon be experiencing financial hardship because they had to move. Individuals completing the form should answer all questions as clearly, accurately and honestly as possible.

There is a six-page online application that must be completed in order for you to be eligible for a household support fund. The form is designed to collect your most personal information, including income, expenses and other financial resources, child support payments and legal debts. You can download or print out this application form and submit it electronically using the secure email address provided by your caseworker if he or she requests it of you. Please fill out all required fields carefully to avoid delays in processing. Please note that it is important for the Health and Wellness Committee to recognize any support needs that may exist within your home, including any special medical needs, disabilities or work restrictions.
