Medicare Parts

Medicare Part A and Part B are the two parts of the Medicare program. Part A is a hospital insurance plan, and Part B is an optional medical insurance plan. All people with a Social Security number who are aged 65 or older, and most people under the age of 64 with certain disabilities, are eligible for Medicare benefits.
