You may be eligible for discounted Internet service if you meet certain criteria, including income guidelines and certain other requirements. As an Xfinity Internet customer, you can get an affordable, reliable internet connection for your home. Our new program makes it easier to connect with speeds up to 12 Mbps for just $10/mo for 12 months with no annual contract required.

Can I get discounts with Xfinity?

After July 29, 2019, customers who qualify for the Xfinity Affordable Connectivity Program will see a reduction to the price of their Internet service plan. The Xfinity Affordable Connectivity Program (XAC) helps make broadband more affordable for low-income families and individuals. It provides internet service for a one-time fee of $9.95 per month to eligible households. The Xfinity Affordable Connectivity Program offers customers a cost-effective way to connect your wireless devices to the Internet.

If you’re eligible for our affordable connectivity program, you can get high-speed Internet for $10 a month when bundled with another qualifying service.When our customers upgrade to Xfinity Internet Gigablast and meet the eligibility criteria, they will get $10 off their bill for the next 12 months. And if they purchase the Xfinity Mobile service on their wireless device during those 12 months, they’ll receive another $5 off their bill.

Xfinity Affordable Connectivity Program is a program that connects low-income communities to the Internet. Through funding from private companies and philanthropic organizations, we provide lower cost Internet to eligible families in areas where opportunities for digital participation are limited by cost. We do this by working with local providers who offer low-cost Internet service plans.

What is Xfinity Affordable Connectivity Program?

Xfinity Affordable Connectivity (Xfinity AC) is an Internet access program that allows low-income customers to purchase Xfinity internet service for their home, at a discounted rate. The program is available to eligible households who meet the following criteria: Xfinity Service Availability: You must reside in an area where Xfinity offers internet service. If you live in a multi-dwelling building, such as an apartment complex, your eligibility will depend on whether the building has “hardwired” or “wireless” service. Internet Speed: Services are available via 25 Mbps (Megabits per second) download speeds and 5 Mbps upload speeds. Monthly Billing Requirements: Income must be 200% above the federal poverty level or less than $25,000 per year for a single person household; 300% above the federal poverty level or less than $35,000 per year for two persons in one household; 400% above the federal poverty level or less than $45,000 per year for three persons in one household; 500% above the federal poverty level or less than $55,000 per year for four persons in one household; 700% above the federal poverty level or less than $75,000 for five persons.
